Customer Success Ambassador

Your Mission

Provide technical support to existing English and French speaking users on a daily basis
Develop the customer account by selling more functionalities and services
Build strong relationships with clients by exceeding the client’s expectations
Take part in internal and external projects for the growth of the company
Your Profile

You have 2 years of experience in a customer service role
You have the drive to create value for the company by selling additional features to our existing customers and respect objectives.
Excellent verbal and written English and French (at least German/Italian/Portuguese on a mother tongue or bilingual level is a plus)
You have excellent communication skills and you adapt easily to different cultures
You are eager to work independently and to cultivate business relationships over the phone and by email
